Reservations & Payments

How do I make a reservation?

Booking your beach setup is easy! You can:
– Book directly through our online reservation link.
– Request a quote via email, and we’ll send an invoice for secure payment.
– Call us directly, and we’ll take your information over the phone.

Is full payment due when I book?

At this time, no—we do not require full payment at the time of booking. Since we are a small, family-owned business, payment is collected on the first day of service. We accept:
✔ Cash (cash discount available)
✔ Venmo
✔ Online payments
– For bookings over $600, a partial deposit is required. If canceling not due to weather, you must cancel within a week before service or forfeit the deposit.

Do you offer a cash discount?

Yes! If you’d like to take advantage of our cash discount, please call us at 270-206-5742 to reserve your beach setup instead of booking online.

How far in advance should I reserve?

– Online reservations are available up to 3 days before service begins.
– Same-day bookings may be available, but you’ll need to call us directly to check availability.
– During peak season, we highly recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure we have enough equipment for your setup.

What is your cancellation policy?

For full details, please refer to our Terms of Service. If you need to cancel, any refund will depend on how many days remain until your reservation.
– If we have to cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, you will have three options:

  1. Full refund minus the credit card processing fee if paid online.
  2. Reschedule your reservation to another available date.
  3. Receive a credit to use toward a future reservation.

– For bookings over $600, a partial deposit is required. If canceling not due to weather, you must cancel within a week before service or forfeit the deposit.

Service & Setup

What areas do you serve?

We currently serve St. George Island, including the Plantation. We are also servicing Indian Pass and Cape San Blas. These are located in Gulf County Florida. 

Do you service Dr. Julian G. Bruce St. George Island State Park and T.H. Stone Memorial St. Joseph Peninsula State Parkl ?

At this time, no, we do not set up inside the state park. However, we can discuss an alternate location nearby to accommodate your needs.

How will you know where to set up my chairs and umbrella?

When you book, you’ll provide your rental address and let us know if your property is Gulf-front.
– If Gulf-front, your setup will be placed directly in front of your rental.
– If not Gulf-front, you can either specify your preferred beach access point or let us choose the closest and most convenient location for you.

What time is set up and take down?

– Set up: Your chairs and umbrellas will be ready by 10 AM.
– Take down: We begin breaking down setups as early as 6 PM.

How do I know which setup is mine?

On your first day of service, we will:
✔ Take a photo of your setup
✔ Send you a text notification letting you know it’s ready to enjoy!

What if I want to add extra chairs or umbrellas after booking?

No problem! Just call or text us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

Should I tip the setup crew?

Tipping is not required, but if you feel your setup crew has provided exceptional service, it is always appreciated. We take pride in working hard to ensure you have the best beach experience possible!

Weather Policy

What happens if the weather is bad?

We closely monitor the weather each evening and morning to determine if conditions allow for setup.

 

– High Wind Policy:
– If winds reach 15+ mph at the time of setup, we will not open umbrellas for safety reasons.
– If winds increase to 15+ mph during the day, we will message you and ask that you lower the umbrellas.
– If winds reach 20+ mph, we will not set up for the day, and you will receive a credit for the missed day.

 

– Rain Policy:
– Florida weather can be unpredictable, and short rain showers are common.
– If the forecast shows all-day rain, you may request a refund for the day—but you must contact us the day before setup.
– If we have already set up for the day and it begins to rain, you will still be charged for that day’s rental.
